Abstract Background Cylinder blasts can inflict multi-system life-threatening injuries to one or many persons simultaneously if they are nearby. Cases have been reported where the blast occurred balloon gas cylinder, oxyacetylene oxygen coffee machine, and compressor of a split air conditioner (AC). Case presentation Here, we present report two victims suffered at same location different capacity liquefied petroleum (LPG) domestic cylinder died on spot. Conclusion Malpractice involving use fill another might be dangerous for person involved vicinity. This practice should discouraged by lay person.
